Harris Consultants, LLC’s management planning and professional personnel offer a successful approach to project management. The Project Management Plan concept provides the organizational approach required to meet the established goals for complex developments.
The Project Management Plan will:
  • Incorporate the stated project goals, objectives, and priorities along with the developed budget and schedule.
  • Provide for the integration of all construction-related components and functions by responsibility, including administrative, architectural, engineering, construction, procurement and operations.
  • Provide a project management organization chart.
  • Provide a directory of team members with location and contact information.
  • Describe the relationships between the Senior Construction Manager and the Owner’s staff as well as likely consultants/contractors, facility users, outside government agencies and concerned private groups, if any.
  • Describe the key project management tasks and establish the procedural basis for executing the functions.
  • Establish budget and cost controls to achieve optimum performance.
